Chris has over 30 years of strategic marketing consulting, research, and competitive analysis experience. He is the primary point of contact on all matters related to business development, the overall relationship, strategic growth initiatives, and client satisfaction. He is responsible for the development of the strategic analysis organization at nxtMOVE. During client engagements, Chris directs the Group’s analytic team, drawing on both internal and external resources to address clients’ challenges. During his career, he has worked through the ranks of research, analysis, and management consulting to become one of the strategic marketing consulting community’s most effective coaches and trainers. Many successful consultants started their careers and supported clients working with Chris at nxtMOVE.


Chris' industry experience includes growth and strategy development for clients in industrial/manufacturing, tools, building and construction, healthcare, insurance, and private equity markets.

Martha Gleason

Martha Gleason

Engagement Director

Martha has extensive experience analyzing healthcare markets. Martha was with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida (BCBSF) for 20 years serving in various roles within the Company’s finance, strategic planning and marketing organizations. In her various roles Martha helped BCBSF respond to regulatory changes such as the Affordable Care Act and Medicare Modernization Act. She also supported BCBSF’s provider reimbursement and contracting strategy development initiatives including value-based payment models.


Martha’s extensive knowledge of the healthcare industry includes access to leaders within the healthcare supply chain to include distributors, hospital systems, group purchasing organizations (GPOs), large independent healthcare provider groups, payers, regulators, and industry associations. Martha has led several healthcare projects that included the following markets: remote monitoring devices, enteral pumps, safe patient handling equipment, movable and fixed medical equipment, and telemedicine.
